How does the Octo.co.uk Warranty work?
Here at Octo.co.uk we guarantee everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you can return this to us with our returns policy. For more details, click here. If it is over this time you can get in contact with us with regarding our Octo.co.uk warranty.
When you buy a product from Octo.co.uk, the product comes with a 6 month limited warranty. This basically means that for the 6 months after you buy your item you are covered for any malfunctions out of your control.
- However if you lose, knock down, or break your item, octo.co.uk guarantee will not apply
- If you change your mind, or decide that you no longer want the item, the octo.co.uk guarantee will not apply.
- In addition, if the device is opened or tampered with by a third-party (other than octo.co.uk) the warranty will also be invalidated.
- You must use the items as per manufacturers instructions
- The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from octo.co.uk.
During the warranty period, Octo.co.uk will replace your product at no charge with a like-for-like product. If we are unable to do this, then you will be reimbursed with store credit.
If a malfunction has developed on your device but it has already been broken/ opened by a third-party or shows signs of impact following a fall or a shock, the warranty will no longer apply and we will not be required to take care of your after-sales request.
Keep in mind as well that waterproofing is never kept on refurbished products. Devices are opened during the refurbishment process so that tests and repairs can be carried out on the product. As a result, the seal on originally waterproof models is not guaranteed on the refurbished products sold on Octo.co.uk.
If you have any issues with your device within the warranty period then make sure to contact us to repair or exchange the product. A full refund is only possible if you are still within the returns period (click here for more details), instead you will be reimbursed the cost of the product in store credit, or offered a replacement if available.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
To make a claim you need to provide us with a proof of purchase (such as your order number), photos and a description of the fault.
