*Our returns portal can only be used for UK based returns, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to send the order back to the UK if they have taken it abroad.

So because we sell returned and liquidised stock, our items can come in a few different conditions, these conditions range from brand new to preloved!
Here are all the conditions that we sell on our website;
Brand New - New and un-used, complete in original packaging.
Open Box - New and un-used. Original packaging is present, although may show light damage from handling.
Like New - No sign of use and in excellent condition. Original packaging may be damaged or the item repackaged.
Very Good - Signs of light use but in very good condition. Original packaging may be damaged or the item repackaged.
Good - Signs of moderate use but is in good condition. Original packaging may be damaged or the item repackaged.
Acceptable - Signs of heavy use but in an acceptable condition. Item likely to be repackaged.
Always remember to select a condition before adding to your basket so you know exactly what you're getting!
Because we buy customers returns, sometimes we don't have many of the same item in stock at the same time. This means items are likely to sell out fast, so we recommend buying soon to avoid disappointment!
